Even in these times of low listing prices, she predicted within $5K as to what the final selling price would be on every home we visited. “I have known Marianne for many many years. She was the first agent my son used when he was purchasing his first property. I am sure she was just out of University. When it came time for him to purchase his second property, I came along with him to view the listings.
